Refunds and disputes policy

Process for refunds, cancellations, and payment-related claims.

1. Grounds for refund

• Erroneous charge or duplicate payment;
• Service not provided or technically impossible to deliver;
• Other cases under consumer protection law.

2. How to apply

Send a request to andreymironenko2006@yandex.ru (or call +7 978 318-58-60) with nickname/ID, payment date, amount, and receipt/transaction ID. Review time: up to 10 business days.

3. Refund method

Refunds go to the same payment method used. Posting time depends on bank/payment system.

4. Disputes

Claims must go through support first. If unresolved, disputes are handled in court at the provider’s registration location.
