User agreement

1. General provisions

This user agreement governs the use of EclipseCraft game services. By using the site and server, the user accepts these terms.

2. Registration and accounts

Users provide accurate data during registration and are responsible for password security. The administration may block an account for violating server rules.

3. Content and conduct

Fraud, abuse, malware distribution, and violation of applicable law are prohibited. The administration may impose sanctions up to blocking.

4. Services and in-game values

Paid services are provided under the public offer. In-game values are not electronic money and cannot be cashed out.

5. Liability

Services are provided “as is”. The administration is not liable for connectivity issues, third-party services, or actions of third parties.
